Sawcuts can be traced, work areas clouded and labeled, counted items numbered directly on the drawings, and quantities organized into a color-coded legend with totals cross-checked against the project summary. The result gives your estimator a prepared drawing set ready for human review and verification before pricing or distribution.
Production Tracker AI - CURRENTLY IN TESTING
Production Tracker AI pulls daily field production data directly from your scheduling and field-management workflow and turns it into usable, AI-generated production intelligence. It compares planned versus actual output, tracks installed quantities, supports quantity-based billing, and builds a production-rate database by scope type and job conditions. Over time, your estimates and production plans can be based on actual field performance instead of assumptions.

Project summaries, quantities, drawing callouts, and markups are AI-generated working documents. A qualified member of your team should review and verify applicable quantities, dimensions, scope, specifications, and drawing callouts before preparing a quotation, making a contractual commitment, billing installed quantities, or distributing marked-up documents. Take Off AI is designed to do more than reduce the time spent processing bid opportunities. The goal is to help your team respond while the opportunity is still fresh. By targeting an initial Take Off Summary within 24 hours of receiving an ITB, your estimator can quickly confirm that the project has been reviewed and that your company intends to bid—removing the uncertainty of “maybe” or “possibly” from the GC's perspective. Early review can also identify questions and potential RFIs sooner. Getting those questions to the GC early gives them more time to obtain answers from the owner or design team, helping the GC stay ahead and look more responsive to their own client.
